I know that you create a little mini website (mine is just a little blurb and links). I've never seen any traffic from it, but it usually is listed by the SE's. Rarely does it come up in the serps and you have to spend so much time on it you could be spending elsewhere. I would add Digg, Netscape, Stumbleupon etc. Sure it may not be your demographic but the link from such sites is a lot more powerful than Squidoo, which I think is overated.
