I think you’re really going to like the redesigned Brandon-Hopkins.com. Look for it sometime this month hopefully. As I talked about before, I’m focusing on one project a month, and this month is Brandon-Hopkins.com. Next month could be your blog if you’re ready to take it to the next level!

If you haven’t used AuctionAds yet, it’s a pretty cool (blog is decent too), easy to use eBay affiliate. Basically they serve up keyword (you supply the keyword) based eBay auctions based on the keyword you supply.
I added it to this blog about a week ago with the keywords “Make Money Online”. All I got were a bunch of 1 cent listings (scammy stuff) that I knew nobody would buy. I tried “Make Money” and the results were similar.
Then I tried “Website for sale”. The results were much better, but I was getting a lot of adult themed ads. Then I tried “website for sale -adult”, and that seems to be the ticket. Well, at least it works.
I haven’t, however, made any money. 6 cents and 18 clicks. Maybe I need some new keywords.
What do you think would be good keywords for a blog about websites and making money online? Try to think outside the box because the obvious keywords aren’t working.

As I said yesterday, “Technorati thinks I’m cool”. Today it’s Jim Boykin’s turn. He thinks this blog is so cool that he is offering me a free We Build Pages wall clock!
Jim, thanks for the wonderful opportunity to get a wall clock.
I don’t really need another wall clock, but I would like some free ($720 or so) advertising for a certain problematic website I have. It won’t rank for crap and I can’t seem to get the stupid thing linkbaited.
So here is my official entry to the Jim Boykin $720 in free ads contest. Since you’re going to choose based on who knows what, I think that I should win because I have a new (28 day old) baby that needs a new pair of shoes! (No, she doesn’t really wear shoes yet, but I’ll invest the earnings and buy her two pairs when she’s 5 years old.
