		<description>Affiliate programs are always hard to find, especially the good ones. Have you tried checking ClixGalore and AffiliateRanker, I have been to them a few times to find affiliate programs. 

I am not sure whether Dice.com has an affiliate program but you could try contacting them and arranging a custom pay per lead deal or something like that.

For companies that serve affiliate programs, I know of LinkConnector (Pay Per Lead, Pay Per Sale, Pay Per Click, Pay Per Call) and NeverBlueAds. They are pay per lead programs and offer serve up some pretty good affiliate programs.

Job Affiliate programs should not be too hard to find, they are quite popular nowadays, ClixGalore (PPC, PPL, PPS) might have a few, they offer quite a large selection of opportunities.
