Challenge: Make $100/month with Clickbank
I have never actually made much money with Clickbank. I think my account sat at like $10 for a year and I forgot about it. But I would like to give it a try. eBooks are big business, that’s why people keep writing them! I know it is possible to capitalize on a piece of that pie, I’ve just never done it.
I’ve been thinking about this article and even posted a little response to it. Now, I’m ready to take action on this. So here is my plan:
1. Get a list of people interested in taking this challenge with me. The goal will be to make $100 a month through Clickbank just writing articles. You don’t need your own website, just a free Clickbank account.
2. Figure out a way to promote the articles and Clickbank landing page without spending money. Whoever wants to do this, we’ll put together an email list, or a thread in a forum and collaborate some ideas.
3. See who makes it to $100 a month, and what they did that helped them get there. We’ll share ideas for future contests and see how $100 can be multiplied easily.
So who’s up for trying a no-cost approach to making money through Clickbank?

Hey dood, hows it going? I’ve been slowly writing my own ebook to one day sell on clickbank but I’ve got 1000 other things on the go it’s kinda been put off. I’d accept your challenge but since April is almost here I don’t think I’ll have time this month. Anyways I was wondering if your interested in being a guest blogger? I’ve noticed you drop by my blog a lot and seem pretty interested in the stock market. I was wondering if you wanted to come be a guest. You can write about pretty much anything, doesn’t have to be about the market. Pretty much anything you like. You can include a link or 2 back to your own site in the post! April is HERE! I just lucked up on this site yesterday when I was doing some catching up at my google/reader. SEOmoz I believe mentioned you and a couple of specific posts in a more or less recent post.
I have a clickbank account but never used them because it seemed like too much trouble. Anyway, I’m game. I have nothing to lose and so much to gain.(no not the $100…the education!) I have two sites more or less finished and am working to 2 more before the weekend. I don’t have it down to a cookie cutter yet but that’s the intention.
I’ll make time to look more into this Clickbank thing. So is the idea to select an ebook represented by click bank, write an article and have the only action on the page be “buy ebook” and using whatever free avenues to promote traffic, primed-to-buy- traffic, to the page? I don’t know if I’ll have an execuable plan by April 1 but I’m game. Who needs to sleep?
If I’m too new to this, no problem. Just post your results.
