Whoa! I’m a little late to this post. But to be honest, I don’t get much benefit from twitter though, based in your post, its probably because I just don’t know how to. I’ve found that updates get lost in the feed the more people you follow. What are your thoughts on that?

It’s a good point about not mixing personal and professional lives on Twitter. I think it also applies to Facebook and other social media sites.
Also what does the list of people that you follow on Twitter say about you?

A lot people mix the twitter tool for the the personal twitter and the brand profile will be crap, not good at all..

I couldn’t agree more. Even when tweets are not as inappropriate as the ones you describe, I really dont care whether someone is eating a cheese sandwich, or deciding between whether to wear a pink shirt or a blue one. Please, tweeps, tell me something worthwhile, or don’t bother!
