Considering directories with high PRs, one can be sure that his article is visited. Just make sure that the articles you write are sensible enough for readers to follow your links on the resource box. Consider submitting also to low PR article directories as they can help in your exposure too. There's no need for massive submission, just make sure that the directory you are submitting to is worth it.
