Very good selection!I have used a couple on your list, but need to get off my backside and write some original stuff.Seems that many folk try to submit to loads of different article directories, but I'm of the opinion that less is better 5-7,otherwise you may go nutts, and it may play against you, as it would be overkill!

Good list! :) I believe too that submitting articles to various article directories can help one gain his wanted maximum exposure. Considering directories with high PRs, one can be sure that his article is visited. Just make sure that the articles you write are sensible enough for readers to follow your links on the resource box. Consider submitting also to low PR article directories as they can help in your exposure too. There's no need for massive submission, just make sure that the directory you are submitting to is worth it.

This may sound like a lame question but just how easy is it to get an article submitted to places like Ezine? Are they critical on content and edit or moderate what you write?

My Ezine articles still rank for their keywords even though I have posted them years ago. The site they were supposed to promote does not even exist any more.

Great article and thanks for the sites. I've read a lot of forums which have also said the same thing. They say that you may as wel only submit to the major article sites as it is a waste of time submitting to the lesser sites when you don't get much out of it.

Another piece of advice is that article submission should be avoided as you may as well keep the content on your own site instead of handing it over to another.

What's your view on this?

Very good selection, Brandon.

Yes, there are thousands of article directories and most don't benefit you in any case. Even in the Google Webmaster tools there are no links shown from all those "noname" article directories that I submitted long ago.

I didn't know about Articlebiz so I am off to submit one article now... ;)
