Just wanted to let you know before acting on the advice. :)Anyone know of any good job affiliate programs available currently? How about Affiliate Program Managers looking to generate some leads to their job site?
I can send about 3-5,000 leads per month and expect to be paid $1-$1.50 per lead depending on volume.
CareerBuilder is trying to screw me out of $2,000 so I need to replace them. If you know of any companies that offer an attractive affiliate program, please let me know!
One other thing, does Dice.com have an affiliate program?

Affiliate programs are always hard to find, especially the good ones. Have you tried checking ClixGalore and AffiliateRanker, I have been to them a few times to find affiliate programs.
I am not sure whether Dice.com has an affiliate program but you could try contacting them and arranging a custom pay per lead deal or something like that.
For companies that serve affiliate programs, I know of LinkConnector (Pay Per Lead, Pay Per Sale, Pay Per Click, Pay Per Call) and NeverBlueAds. They are pay per lead programs and offer serve up some pretty good affiliate programs.
Job Affiliate programs should not be too hard to find, they are quite popular nowadays, ClixGalore (PPC, PPL, PPS) might have a few, they offer quite a large selection of opportunities.
I hope that helps a bit!

Use monster.
I have use Jobvertise a few years ago. I also know that The Ladders has an affiliate program.
Careerbuilder, considering it is a large company can not get their act together on an affiliate program. They do not allow you log in and see stats. They only allow you to receive THEIR email about what you made. Seems skeptical to me!
Not really sure what else to tell you, but Jobvertise was pretty easy to set-up and integrate.
I would stick with the affiliate program for The Ladders.
